安全な保育環境および教育環境の提供
お子様一人ひとりを尊重し、心身共に健康で、情緒の安定した生活ができるよう環境を整えてまいります。また、園生活の中でたくさんの「喜び」を見つけ、感じ、これらの「喜び」を通じて、大きく成長していけるよう、様々なアクティビティーを保育プログラムに取り入れ、各年齢に適切な教育環境を整え、保育に携わる者も、自らの専門性の向上に努めてまいります。

各家庭の事情や状況を理解・尊重し、保護者の皆様との強い信頼関係の構築に努め、保育者と保護者の協力のもと、お子様の育みを支えてまいります。

Working close as a team to serve safe and better environment to children, we are focusing our efforts on in the followings.
Maintaining safe environment and fun learning environment.
Our policy is to respect each child’s individuality and to expose our students to new experiences in friendly and safe environment. In a creatively planed daily routine at Caesars Creek Child Care, children will enhance their communicative ability and emotional appeal through a number of carefully selected activities appropriated to their age and development level. We pursue the “learning both” policy with emphasis on inclusion of both teachers and children of varying abilities in formatting an effective learning process that attends to the individual needs of each child.
Respecting family values.
Our goal is that we find mutual respect and take an individual approach to each family situation. By working intimately with parents and creating two-way communicationｓ we provide a clear picture to the families what their child learnｓ. We are planning to carefully collect the parents’ feedback on our program, and integrate it in the future educational strategies in order to make Caesars Creek Child Care a better place for children to learn and develop harmoniously.
